Hi, I have just bought a 2011 meta 55 carbon in a Matt black finish and I was going to put helicopter tape on it but because of the Matt finish it does not look right! Does anyone have any other ways of protecting this frame? Especially the swinging arm where the chain will hit it! Cheers!

Inner tube split open & wrapped round.
Amalgamating tape.
Sticky back velcro - soft side.

Flashy I've got the 2011 carbon frame and covered a large part of the frame in helicopter tape. I quite like the look but each to their own. The tape does a good job.

I'm sure I have seen somewhere that was selling tape in a matt finish!

I will have a search, but I believe it was on chain reaction under frame protection. But I could be mistaken
