OH F**K YES !!!

Took a little trip over the bars after over shooting one of the big step ups that turned right instead of carrying on like I thought, but OMG the new bits make this place a little more special than before. At last it has real flow, some nice little drops, rocks and a great steep up hill climb near the end to sit and spin up!!

Will be back again.... and again... and again.....

And thanks to the milf in the Helly Hansen Lifa base layer, it fit like a dream    and accompanied with the smile given to me, gave me the energy to get up the last steep climb

I did the new trails last wkend, and again yesterday and probably again next weekend  Theyre are an awesome addition to llandegla and i love the bigger jumps and drops, really do feel like your gona take off. Some of the climbs are tough but theyre well worth it, the downs are so flowing and fast, i clocked 26mph at one point, which doesnt sound that fast but when your on forest singletrack it certainly feels it!

Well done to everyone involved in building some great trails.

Sounds great there I must try and get there in the New Year. Travel to the US has now come to a close and I have been missing the Meta, havent rode it for over 4 months, so fly you might have a chance at kicking my ass:)

I was up Sunday... gotta say everything from the little rock drop onto teh north shore was flowy and good fun. will be returning for definite!

saw a few meta's up there too!

And hahahaha at the amount of people pushing up some of the climbs, they're not that bad! I got a bit pissed off at one chap who was climbing at slow/10 and he was plugged into an mp3 player so couldn't hear me asking/shouting to pass... I ended up having to find an opportune moment to overtake.

BTW, minus man points if you push at any point. I got to a point where there were a load of riders pushing up the hill, but i was the only one riding the climbs. Got bloody annoying when people pushing wouldn't get out of the way.

Hey Ant,  It's really good to see you've recovered and are enjoying cycling again. Good on you.
