Did the marin and Penmachno yesterday ,what a day the weather was amazing could not have been better,what you guys do.

i did a 22mi ride on the roady. Felt good tbh, not bad considering it's only my 2nd ride out in 4 months. Gonna go up royden park later on today on the mtb.

Some of the best descents in the peaks.  Some very difficult climbs though and muddy throughout.

Yeah you did, we talked about it the other week, getting forgetful in your old age are we?
If it helps you remember I wanted to start at 6.30 but you said you couldnt get there until 10, which actually meant nearer 11 Wink
