Saw that, frame only looks decent price until you consider that most people would need a new dorect mount front mech,oversized  bottom bracket and cranks, headset, rear 142mm wheel and poss tapered forks etc. factory kit that comes with Some of that stuff looks expensive though compared to a full bike '1' spec
I'm tempted by the basic 3 and swop over compatible and better parts from existing meta but reserving judgement until I've riden one and seen uk prices, although I wouldn't discount importing direct
That said though it will hVe to ride awesome and be very competitive on price for me to seriously consider it, bikes these days are silly money

Anyone read the review in Dirt?  Doesn't sound to great for the AM. I was thinking of waiting for one or these but the review has put me off. For the cash I think you can get better.

edit Correction. No shock at that price.

especially when you consider that many of your existing parts won't fit!

Yeah the dirt review slated the shock setup with the adaptive logic rear. They swapped for an old RP23 and made the bike come alive, unfortunately the bike comes with the adaptive shock.

The factory Alpine 160 frame would be better value for money.
