Difficult to see why that happened.
P.S. your mates bars don't look centered, probably just the angle they're filmed from.

It's quite a challenging feature.
If you look closely, just as the back wheel gets kicked out the dip, the front wheel catches another dip throwing him off line, which then results in the back wheel washing out.

From what I remember, the harder looking line is actually the easier line, because the easy looking line has mellow troughs ideally sized to catch wheels, whereas the deeper holes on the harder looking line are small enough for wheels to roll over.

My wheel washed out then once my pedal caught, I accelerated down the hill faster than my foot wanted to. I actually heard a popping sound as it happened and it bloody hurt! Oh well, lesson learned.

I've ridden those sections previously, but bottled the Twins last time having seen 3 mates almost endo on the middle bit! And IIRC I nearly endo'd myself the previous time...

You ask if GT and Inners are better than Kirroughtree... yes and no because they all have something different to offer. IMHO, Kirroughtree has the best overall epic technical trail; Glentress has a lot of variety (albeit not an entirely "black" black) but can get busy; Inners is awesome for fun descending. Tried one of the DH routes there once, but scared myself, frankly.

I couldn't believe how quiet all 3 trails were, especially Dalbeattie and Mabie, we didn't see one person on the trails although there were people milling around in the car park. Felt like we had the trail to ourselves.
We only saw 3 groups of riders at kirroughtree though too.
