There i was happily changing the brake fluid on my formula k18's bearing in mind they are 3 years old and never been serviced. As i was putting the small bleed screw back into the banjo bolt in the caliper *SNAP* Shocked.........S**T!!!!!!

Are the threads stripped??? NO

The screw head sheared off??? NO

The frickin' torq bit snapped, Angry now i'm stuck with a semi-tightened bleed screw with a torq bit snapped flush with the top of the screw head and i tested to see if the screw was tight enough, sadly not.
It wasnt even that tight, shows the quality of cheap torq bits

So now i am on the hunt for a caliper banjo bolt and the tiny screw that goes into it,

Any help/advice or piss taking welcome

Little pointy thing, and try levering/manipulating the broken bit out.
Or try a bit blutack to dab it out.

I just seen the kit on crc, but for £16 i think im gonna have a go at getting the little bugger out, after all if i completely trash it im no worse off than i am now.

Will try all of the above suggestions and see how it goes

if all else fails, then dremel a slot in the banjo bolt and use a flat headed screwdriver to remove it..

heating it up might cause the bit to fall out or a big fire?Or drill into remaing bit so you can pull it out using the drill bit?
