A few snaps from my phone from my ride today. Only went out for 90 mins, but it was a larf.

Wasn't looking too bad when going down one of the main walking paths.


The snow + heather/gorse looks lovely in snow.


Can't beat fresh, untouched snow






Naff photos, but it's so much fun riding in the snow, and no-where near as cold as i thought it'd be. Was out in shorts, a THIN baselayer and a hardshell coat, and i was boiling.

Good photo's, riding in the snow is really good fun plus when you get home the bike is already clean! I was planning on going on a night ride in the snow this evening, but the snow just kept on coming. Its now at least 6 inches deep everywhere with 10-12 inch drifts.  Don't think i'd get very far.

Off out round Felley Woods tomorrow though so should be fun

Just a light sprinkling here in Sheff.  The 2-3 foot we had 2 weeks ago is a distant memory.  It all went in 3 days.

week back we lost almost all snow in lower places beacouse of raining - but in friday we got new so again is white but i  broke my camera  so no evidence ..

I guess it's all relative. Probably seems deeper eh Dave.

I've probably had about 2". Well, that's the depth that was on the top of the wheely bin.
