Based upon my cracked Super 4 frames, both replaced by Evans, i totally disagree.

Didn't want to go down mail order line just in case something like this happened and I had to mail it back, only other good bike shop in mk is corleys, but didn't like the bike's in there. Evans are getting there, its sram that have the problem getting the mechs to fishers.

At times it seemed not. But that was more the 'process'

Overall, Evans gave a great service and went out of their wayto accomodate me and my needs. But yes, at times it never felt like it
