This is Soča river one of cleanest rivers so far in Europe - they call it Samaragd river and valley is Trenta, this area was main battle feld in 1 world war ...cool place for kayaking ,rafting ,climbing etc ..

this water is realy cold in all seasons - this topic is old but all snow is gone in my area only in moutains is snow now ...

South Wales is very similar. The only difference is you can't see the wonderful fish in the river due to the amount of Tesco trollies and toilet things  Embarrassed
