There's been a lot of change up at Kinnoull hill since I was last there. Have a look on Descent World, as the guy behind the trails was posting details there the last I looked. The trails there, are actually on the hill to the north east of Kinnoull hill, and the car park is here -

Other options are Pitmedden, north west of Auchtermuchty, and Blairadam, west of Kelty, but you really need somebody to show you around to get the best from them.
There is also Falkland, but it's not really worth it unless you like big stunts.
You could also head Stirling direction, as there's some brilliant natural riding around there. Dumyat, Cambusbarron, North Third, and Ben Cleugh all have brilliant trails.
