Spotify is really easy to use and fast. it also lets you create playlists which is good.
Used to use limewire a while back but had serious virus problems

I find that beechams do a good remedy for that, but if its of the more personal variety a quick trip down the local GUM clinic and a dose of anitbiotics and im right as rain again
