Im thinking that making it to morzine this summer is all but a dream just now (a dream im going to do my dam hardest to make become a reality) because i have a hec of a lot of things on my plate at the mo. So i was thinking that if i didnt make it to Morzine where is there to go in the winter time for warm sunny riding? Im looking at Bike park Tenerife, but there aint too much info out there on them,so im waiting on an email back from them. But where else is there to go for DH and Freeriding during the winter?? (lift accessed of course  Wink   , either a ghetto van like they have at Tenerife, or chairlifts etc )
And finally who would be interested in such a trip with me?? it would be a blast and we would be discovering the relatively unknown  Cool

I might be going to Andalucia in January
Sierra Cycling I think company is, based in Malaga
'should' be able to ride (mainly XC but there is some downhills.  Peaty has trained there before) and go snowboarding in Sierra Nevada as well
still very dependant on a number of factors though so not by any means booked yet

Being operated on and repaired in time for Morzine this year is 50/50.

If I do miss out on Mo'zine this year I could be up for a trip somewhere else. I lived in Morzine for a few seasons plus holidayed there many, many times so I'd fancy a change of scenery.

I'd be up for such a trip. Preferably not during school holiday. Cheaper flights mean more beer.

I could be tempted by some winter st/xc with http://www.switch-backs.com/ .
Been considering it for a couple of years now.
Bust collar bone & ribs deprived me of it 2 years ago.
Never got round to it last year.

There's a strange (but nice) pic of her on the website, where she appears to be 'supporting' herself.

Isabel is the Viking brains behind Switchbacks. She is also Michael’s beautiful Swedish wife. Speaking just about every language there is to speak she organises everything about your trip from housing, food, transport, trouble shooting and emails. Rides a Rocky Mountain Element Team

http://www.freeridespain.com/ this place is worth a look too, not sure if they are as a well oiled machine as switch backs but it is a darn sight cheaper.
