i finally got around to using my christmas present from my wife and went to dirt school last week and had a one to one session at Glentress.  The session was done with Andy Barlow who is a all round nice chap and good instructor.

i did sort of there all mountain course. the main benefit i took away was in how to look at the trail differently and take lines that are not the most obvious but are normally the fastest.

Don't waste you money on the latest trick part or what ever it my look cool on your bike, but wont make you better or faster and watching the dvd will only get you so far get yourself some proper coaching then go out and smoke your mates on the trails.

Wish i had done it earlier the wouldn't need to iron out 20 years of bad habits. All in all top day out!

Nice to hear a positive review, I am doing 2 days back to back in September, the trail school and a jump school, because I suck at getting airbourne! Mine are with Rowan Sorrell though.
