I cant comment on the pads as i only use ashima ones now,but their pedals are grrrrrreat!! i have a pair of the nano tech pedals and they are superb, seem far better quality than any others i have owned and are a decent weight, they are replacing my magnesiusm v12's, i havent had a chance to use them properly but i will comment on them again soon once fully tested.

I've got a set of the Kevlar ones on mine and they seem fine. They fitted perfectly and they have plenty of power. The issue with the pads coming off the backing was a batch issue from what I understand. Some of the other cheap brand pads did the same at around the same time, as Superstar don't make them, they just buy them and brand them up and the issue was with the factory on all their pads.

Used the Sintered from Superstar and they've seemed pretty good.... similar to Disco Brakes I'd have said....

Just bought the 4 pack of Kevlar they have on offer and will be fittting and using them with the new rotors I got from them at Fort William last month. Got the Flame design rotors in a 203 & 180 for £20 all in... BARGAIN !!!!

Thats what I've just ordered.

Bong. I used to run those magnesium flats from superstar. You won't be disappointed. Very light and super grippy. Alot better than my old V8's. They take a beating and were still going strong after 12mths. Only lost one grubscrew. Clipped in now though.

I never got the magnesium ones, just the normal ones, they dont weigh that much more than my mag v12's so decided it was worth getting the normal ones for the strength.

I'm using the sintered pads, bedded them in, they work fine, wearing much better than the original pads on my k18s.

I'm glad it's not all negative, I have 4 pairs of Kevlar K18 pads waiting for my goodridge ones to wear out (they are lasting really well now the slop of winter has gone)

I have standard organic compound on my Formula Megas and they are fine, especially for their price. They last 3 times as long as original or swisstop pads and they are almost four times cheaper.
Brakes still have enough power for one finger braking, I didn't notice big performance loss.

Never used em myself but wary of stories like this

Only one of several I've read across several forums.
