anyone ride a xl?

im 6.2 and have a large but was thinking about asking madisin for an xl when they exchange my frame?

just wondering what size frames you guys ride and what height you are?


i run a 70 mm sten with a large frame but the top tubes are short on the metas arent they?

I used to have a large Meta 5 and Meta 6 and at jsut about 6'02" i founds them to short with the 50mm stem i ran.

Rode and XL Meta 5 today (jimbo's) and it felt lush, much better length and the 2010 frames seem much more rigid.

yeah i just got the geometrey up for the meta 5 and the lapierre zesty and the zesty large is bigger than the xlarge meta 5.(just to compare)

ordered an x large from madison gunna be another 2 to 3 weeks wait but hopefully wont feel as cramped.

just feel a little bit to far back over the bottom bracket on the large.

hopefully might help my back too Tongue

Yep, I'm a lanky git and ride an xl.... only thing I did was to get a Hope stem to shorten it a tad and speed up / sharpen up the steering.

Ps I'm bout 6'3.
