I've been thinking of raising the travel on my 2009 Super 4 form 100 to 120mm and after reading the first 2 paragraphs I'm definitely getting it done.... it's seems that no one can tell me what  parts I need to get my Rock Shox Recon SL solo airs to 120mm. Might call TFT when I get te chance.

If you can extend the travel (not all models can be extended) you dont need any parts all you need to do is a service on the forks and whilst you have the forks apart you remove an Alltravel reducer

This is the manual for the 2006 model but all the Rockshox forks I have worked on are pretty similar.  Have a look on page 5 of the pdf for a drawing of what your looking for.
