Hopefully the frame will arrive this week and if it doesnt come with the guide then i will need to order one ASAP to make sure that i can get riding as soon as the frame arrives.

If new, it should. If a warranty replacement, most likely not.

My warranty replacement Meta 5 came with cable guide, headset and seat clamp.
So... maybe.
