hi, i thought i fitted the front mech wrong,or should i say wrong mech, i first put on a bottom clamp dual pull ,it fitted but its very close and awkward to fit,but when i push down on the rear shock the mech shifts ? so i thought i might need a top clamp dual pull, thinking this will fit better,but it doesnt fit at all!

so first question is , is a bottom clamp the right one to fit on a meta 5 2007
second question, why does it shift when you push down on the back end
