Absolutely no idea what to expect from both tracks though... Steve, any advice?

Have heard loads of horror stories about Glencoe!

Glencoe is fast and wide at the top with some awesome flowy bersm, then it gets rocky...... Pitfichie is fairly flast in comparison, not too tech and just real flowy and fun

Never done Glencoe and everyone I know who has ridden it describe it as 'challenging' and they're good riders  Shocked

If it's the old course then Pitfichie is a boulder fest that eats your front wheels when it's dry and the mud saps your energy when it's wet.  If they re-build the new course then that's a root fest and quite technical.  Plus you have the push up to the top, I take a camelbak to Pitfichie  Wink
