OK so I posted this before, but then the site crashed and it was lost forever. There were only a few posts on it at the time so not so bad.

You are allowed three points to make and they should be bike related. If we exhaust bike opinions then we can move onto other topics that are eating you from the inside out.

I'll start off - here are my three;

* All bike centres to have lift access - going up hills is a bitch
* Those who let theirs dogs shite anywhere, and don't clean up after them, to be used as target practice by RAFChris and his pals
* Summer Olympics to be totally overhauled and brought up to date like the Winter Olympics i.e. inclusion of 4X and DH (This could be a whole other thread me thinks).

Hmmm.

1. All trail centre shops to not price things up over the rrp, better still be cheaper than rrp.
2. On the dig shit lines. Make that one person round and pick all of it up on the trail with there bare hands....I wish.....
3. Make it legal to knock roadies off there bikes when they ride 3 a breast.

1) Open up footpaths to cyclists so we can enjoy more of  the countryside.
2) Remove VAT from all bikes/equipment.
3) Lock all bike thieves up for minimum of 2 years.

AS for the dog shit thing LLandegla askes dog owners NOT to pick up and bag there dogs shit.

       1- I would invent a drug to stop PMT for ever.Then you can clean your bike in the kitchen.
       2- Move the peak district and Afan Forest within a mile of my house.
       3- On your 50th birthday you get a free bike to the sum of £5000,and a free meal after every ride.

2.all hills should have dedicated bike runs for the times u wna go fast bt walkers get in ur way

1. Give myself more time off to ride.
2. Ban any thorned plants near cycle routes. Damn punctures.
3. Give front line soldiers a massive pay rise aswell as free bikes.

3. on line bike shops  to have  not 10% of days but 50% of all weeks  days

1, remove Fuel duty so i can run a gas guzzling V8 4x4 for peanuts up to scotland or anywhere with the bikes in the back.
2, Zero VAT on all bikes and accessories
3, Ban the sale of cheap bikes that claim to be mtb when they are clearly not fit for any purpose

Ok so the main point seems to be that bikes are too expensive. This is very true. My £1700 07 meta I got for £1250. Now to replace it it would cost £2400 without much chance of more than a 10% discount. This is a 40% rise in 3 years!!!!

Due to the pound  and general price increases are bike companies pricing themselves out of reach of you average punter?

1.get all my dream £3000 bikes (i can think of 7) and bike gear on MPs expences

2.makes pony riders clean up the massive turds and pay road tax and insurence BY LAW!

3.put a cycle lane on EVERY main and bizzy road

4.make all bike stuff TAX free

5.fix the roads pot holes in a month using council scum that cant work because they are to lazy to get a job and getting payed more to sit at home than to even bother having to working.(make them work for there benifits)

6.sort out the spanner bankers so we can get out of this mess they put us in now we own them.

7.reduce petrol prices as now we own all the oil in the middle east but while still denying it

8. listern to the public and do phone votes,instead of letting old privite school graduates with no sence of what is realy happinging in the uk choose what we want, WHEN WE DONT
