Right,

Was out with the dog today and decided to venture in to the quarry for a laugh. Pretty cool conditions and if you watch all the way through you see me wipe out on the ice after the steep drop. (about 45 seconds from the end)

He was playing with his stick and waiting to see if i was alive. He would of probably eaten me if i lay still long enough!

I used the helmet/bar mount that came in the Extreme sports pack and zip tied it to my helmet. Make sure it is fitted as tight as possible as the footage is better that way.
