You are all so missing the point here!! GET A SNOWBOARD, it feckin rocks!! i have racked up 4days of fresh powder boarding already this season and am planning many many more  Cool

How can u not want to go up and enjoy this the way it is meant to be enjoyed...on a board!! (note. not ski's  Grin  )

Ride the board?? I thought you snowboarders just pranced around in your poncy clothes like you're at a fashion show?  Wink Evans Cycles in MK is in the snow dome and its just full of posers, I don't think many of them ride, they just want to be one of the cool kids.  Grin

Rivi may be the only place worth going.

Rivvi and Winter Hill themselves will be bad, Healy Nab is a lot more sheltered and not as high up. In the trees the ice and snow aren't as bad, plus the mud is hard, grippy  and much better to ride than it is in the slutch.

Plenty of snow here, and loads of riding too. You can ride in the snow too you know ;-)

I lost it on a pavement today when i was just getting some cash out.

Hopped up a kerb, onto the grass, then onto the path, and as soon as the front wheel hit the path, it must've hit something as it deflected, leaving me to go palms first to the icy ground.

good thing was, was that i was wearing gloves, so they got a bit damp, that's all.

Felt an absolute idiot when i got up, as there were people around.

My Meta 55Uk has been simply flawless this winter. I really cant fault it.  Cool Ithas let me rip it up through all conditions and is no different in the snow. Quality bike. I love it!
