Sorry for the thread bump

That looked cold tex, -4 is the coldest I've been out this winter but it was a dry day so didnt feel so bad.

Just stumped up the £3 for the cheapo version (D001 - MD80 clone) of this cam. The manual is rubbish, written in very funny broken english and is just wrong when it tells me what LED colours there are (yellow and green Erm no, Its definatley blue and red

SO, Is there any concensus on how long to charge it for off the USB on my puter? Really dont want to knacker the battery before I use it.

In testing it I filmed a cirlce.  The recorded video of it turns the cirlce into an oval 'coz it should be 640*480 wide but is stretched to 720*480.  However, when recording using the software (amcap) installed on puter, its a nice circle and shown at 640*480, funnily enough, Im not going to carry the laptop round on a ride with me though lol.

there is a really helpful thread and you should find all the answers there: http://www.bikeradar.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=12666507&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=860&sid=61c81fc534bfda880625e7267be41118

saving you from reading thrue all the 44 pages though I can tell what I read there was that people recomended to charge around 2 hours on a wall plug then leave the rest for the computer.

Mine was broken though, it never showed 'battery full' (blue light solid) even though I had it plugget to my computer for over 30 hours and no matter how long I charged it it only got 35 mins of footage before the battery died. Aööen the eBay seller has just prmosed to send me a new one so I'm looking forward to get to play with this one!
