The front mech still shifts the chain but the guide just just holds the chain up against the rings to stop it falling off.

No it's silent and yes it has been out, but the pics were taken the day I got it  Tongue

e-13 DRS on there, the rest of the group set is all SLX stuff.

Got some V12s on there too

E13 DRS just like mine.
Between the guides there are 2 different sized rollers running on cartridge bearings.  Derailleur simply flops the chain from one to the other.  The guides do tend to retain muck a bit though.

Think I'm going to go for the DMR pimp my pedals kit with the green studs and some ODI lock ons that are black and green. Get this scheme rollin!
