Hey Guys n Gals,

Need some help to aid my indecisiveness......

So Green parts are a nightmare to find unless you get HOPE team issue ones (I wish)., Will eventually get some White V12's (waiting for my mates son to get his SPD's) and then a white bar (poss a Spank Spike)

Can anyone answer this!!!! Can you... or.... Can't you use HOPE floating rotors with Avid juicy Threes? http://www.bikeradar.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=15555602 says you can with 185's

Also does anyone know of a UK supplier for http://www.jagwireusa.com/index.php/products/mountain/469 (Jagwire Ripcord cable outers in colours other than black and pink) looked around the net but of no UK joy yet!

So next if i do find the cables and the rotors do work, what HOPE (rotor, seatclamp, headset... finishing colour do i go for? and also colour cables!!

I have my ideas but yours is important to meee!

Green Jagwires and Blue Hope??

The new green X-0 kit is amazing looks the nut. a bit darker but the affect is there.

im running Avid Juciy Ultimates with Hope floaty rotors 185mm

and as for the Jagwires im not sure never looked as sram do white outer and that is just pimp.

hope definately do the best green, and if u look long enough on ebay you will find soe team green stuff, the sram stuff looks nuts, its nice, the new fr stuff comes in green to, but i think its a litle bit too hardcore for a combi

hi mate,
i used to have a kona with avid brakes and a hope floating rotor, ive attatched a pic so you can see, i used it like this for six months before i got full Hope green m4's, ive put a pic of all my lovely green bits up to, if you search ebay now and again you get people who sell loads when they are getting issued with new parts. (ive now got green stem, brakes and seat clamp) i went for braided cables for brakes and gear and carbon bars which are light wide and look hot.
its all about waiting and searching, i got XTR cranks and loads of new sram set up all from CRC flood damage stuff, so i just held off spending my money until the right things came along on ebay and CRC or similar.

When some more green hope stuff comes up on ebay ill be battling for it as there changing to brown so get the green while you can!!!

Ill see you at llandegla sometime im sure, or maybe Delamere?I was at llandegla yesterday and last week twice, peak tomorrow, and you can normally spot the green stuff so say hello when your passing m on the uphills!!!

ehm I hate to point this out as i am bidding on some of it but as I know my limits here goes -

there are currently Hope green mono minis, 203 discs, bottom bracket, skewers, headset, 2 sets of wheels with green hubs and a stem all on ebay (same seller)

I draw the line at posting the links though, go find it yourself!!

I've never been to delamere, whats it like? its probably easier to get to than llandeglla for me as i dont drive.

iain1775, ye ive seen the stuff on there at the mo, im a bit skint at the mo although i am tempted by the wheels. 

Delamere is good for playing around and sessioning on the jumps or 4X stuff and there are some cool short mini DH sections to practice your skills on, i go there for a change now and again, llandegla is in my opinion better if you have a day free! i love the place, and once the new stuff opens there it should be even better.

I wanted to come on the ride on sunday, unfortunately im moving house on sunday otherwise i would be there! enjoy.

Oh i like tht hope stuff iain, the green is not faded yet either, its great, which wheels are you bidding on, i was wanting the 5.1 rim on hope hubs and tht set would be prefect and i have the money

Delamere not too good unless you know where you are going,LLandegla is far better were you live dude you must be able to get a lift off somebody from this site now and again I am in tranmere I go LLandegla most weeks.

how much do you think they will go for? what bike you putting them on? i think some bikes other than the 08 VIP can not get away with the green!!
