Had a great ride in the Peak today in the glorious sunshine 

We rode the route in this months MBR as it has some of the best technical downhill sections in the Peak (also some killer hills)

First Casualty of the day - gave Iain my emergency inner tube. it turned out to be a 2.5 DH tube which weighed as much as his wheel!!!lol

Stuck in the office all day, didn't even get out for lunch till half four.
Gaah.  Looks good though - will be nice to get out for a ride this weekend.

Ha Ha, see who says Meta 6's cannot go uphill!!!! Sneaked in a few shots now and again. You will have to take your Vholdr out next time to try and capture any comedy moments! Like when i went over the bars going down from Whinstone Lee Tor.
