OK, you may not be able to get a Polaroid camera anymore ( Dom, you may want to look them up on Google? ), but with the mighty Poladroid software you can have some fun with your pics!

Makes any current ride look like a retro classic...love it.

Why not have a play?

Tim S

p.s. I really do need to take my Lomo camera out on the trails this year...

me likes
Liking the way the photo develops polaroid style on your desktop!
Here mine

Tim, Ive got a Lomo camera somewhere too, one of those ones that takes 6 pictures in quick succession onto the same exposure
I am mostly liking your tilt-shift photos though, do you have a proper lens or did you make your own one? http://www.creativepro.com/article/build-a-tilt-shift-camera-lens-peanuts

OK kinda get it, how much are the lenses, the photos you get look cool. It would be to fit a Pentax Digital SLR camera i believe, i have never bought one so dont know where to look

Way way expensive Dom, in the price realms of serious profesional photographers only, I think your looking around £600 upwards

Thats why I was thinking of making my own using the link I posted, my old school film driven Minolta SLR doesnt quite justify the full on expense

Tims tilt shift gallery - http://vic-tim-images.blogspot.com/2009/06/tilt-shift.html
I think they may just be photoshopped though  Wink

On a different note I got some cool footage on the helmet cam at Cannock today, gonna edit it tomorrow and post the next vid up soon (some nice angles with camera mounted on bike looking forwards and back)

I could blag a tilt-shift lens from somewhere I am sure, but for the shots on my flickr page I cheated and used www.tiltshiftmaker.com

As for a Lomo camera I have a russian made LC-A+ ( not the new chinese one )...learn about them on www.lomography.com

If you are into photography follow my day job on twitter @LoweproUK ( sorry blatant plug ) but I've got some plans I am working on for some bike photography :-)

Bong, the 07 VIP complete bike actually came with 66's which had the 'wrong' internals so they were out at 170mm ( SteveB will remember better than me ). I had the bike for the summer whilst waiting for the first 666 to land. My current 08 Mini has the rather useless 55's.....learnt my lesson the hard way with these!
