I found a crack in my 06 Meta 5 VIP frame a few weeks back.

Despite having bought second hand Commencal and Madison honoured the warranty and have just  sorted me out with a new 2008 frame.

This is great service and I'm feeling very lucky and happy about this!

Steve from Skyline cycles did all the hard work, despite me not being a regular customer of his. (Though I do pop in when I'm visiting Afan.)

So rest assured, if you do have any problems, it seems Commencal and Madison are keen to do the right thing by their customers.
