Got a mad day at work, but I'm just about to head out for a couple of hours on my local route before I start. Don't think you'd EVER catch me washing my bike at 8am though. That's commitment!

While moving to a new flat I didn't have change to give her any attention for almost two weeks now! Luckily shes clean and shining already so today I'm gonna trim the rear der. putting an inner on for covering the cable under down tube. little things matter Then just gonna spend the evening with her, not going out just chilling maybe whach a movie or something, getting ready for tomorrow mornigns big ride.

I've washed my Meta, this evening I'm doing my Ti a short hard sprint, tomorrow maybe a spin on the Meta, and Sunday I'm dhing.
Great weekend, and all because my bikes are there for me. Thanks gang!

Put a shiny new XT crankset on the Meta today, a new gold KMC chain and replaced the broken barrel adjuster on the front shifter. Going to Ballyhoura tomorrow for a long spin, hopefully my wrenching is up to scratch and nothing falls off

Did a 9hour 60k 4city super technical xc enduro trip wiht my Meta today! I'm not sure will I be able to walk tomorrow. My knee bend (what that is in actual english i don't know) is chafed to flesh from the kyle straights. I'm feeling hazy. my knuckles have scratches from hitting trees with my wide and white bars. My legs are stinging from nettles. My arse is sore. I love my Meta. She had a good day today. so did I. I went beyond myself both in fitness and skills, thanks to my Meta. I love my Meta. Shes so happy right now. She did so good!

it was an open event arranged by a local mtb club. riding trails in the areas of four different cities next to each other trying to stay in forest as much a possible with only very few roads here and there. surprisingly my legs have been fine today thanks to streching i guess but some other areas haven't...

Yeah, bike valentine's day back next year!!
