You can still ride there when the race is on, it's just that you won't be able to ride the course, and any trails that cross it.

that is basically every track MC, the bottom part of the XC is actually going round the two big berms at the end of the DH after the ski jump..........and there is a new bit for the bottom DH, almost every trail is closed

That's the first double just as go into the trees on Matador lower (there's two tables before it starting from the fire road).

If you're in the area tomorrow, there's a Danny Mac demo in the car park between the Traquair Arms, and the Church tomorrow around 6, along with wooden pump track action, provided it stops raining for long enough.

ahh cool danny mac...........they are all doubles now MC, i thought they always had been....theres the biggest which is the first one which i thought is the one andy is soing, then a smaller table/double mix depending how far you go, then another smaller double

hmmm...I'm going to have to go look at that line. Thinking about it, the double could be the second feature. I'm sure the first is a table, then it could be the double, then it could be a small step-up/double going into the trees.

I've not ridden that line for quite some time, so I'm not entirely sure. Think I've maybe done it once or twice since they altered the exit from the drop, as I now normally ride up the fireroad and finish with some of the other trails, as I can't be bothered with having to pedal into that line to get enough speed to clear everything.
I used to love coming of the matador drop, straight across the fireroad, then hipping the right stone kicker onto the banking.

its definately a double into table/double mix then a double which could be a double/step up mix..........you dont need that much speed, just start from the fire road and pedal hardish for a bit, then you clear them, nothing special obviously but you still clear them
