Can anyone tell me how the Super sizes up?

I'm 6ft 1in, and unsure whether I should go with Med or Large ? ?  I have always lent towards a smaller frame, but I dont have the option to try before I buy (at least at the moment) so I can't really tell if the Med would be 'too' small.

If anyone can let me know the size they've gone for and how tall they are so I can get a rough idea that would be great

dunno about the 4 but on a 5 you would definately be a large
