Hi all, well to be honest i dont yet own a commencal, i was going to get an '09 absolut frame but decided to wait until the 2010 range comes out after reading the max commencal interview. I was also gonna get a ti frame, but money is not coming in tht quickly these so im going for the crmo. Just wandered if you could tell me your thoughts on the build so far.........subject to change!

Frame: 2010 absolut crmo
Forks: Fox float 32 w/ 15QR with spacers down to 100mm
Rims: DT EX5.1D F&R
Hubs: Hope Pro 2
Cranks: RaceFace Atlas FR
Brake:  Repaired Juicy Three
Gearing: Single Speed
Pedals: Crank Bros 5050 XX
Tyres: Maxxis Larsen TT FR 2.35 F&R
Tubes: Maxxis FR
Stem: Hope DH
Saddle: SDG I-Sky
Seat Post: I-Beam BMX Micro
Grips: Funn Combat

Gonna build it myself, including the wheels! It will be for a mixture of street/DJ/Trail/4x
I need some help with bars, i would like some tht r narrow enough for tricking and things but wide enough for reasonable control Max 685mm, preferably narrower, and in black!

Thanks in advance, Dom  Smiley

Looks like a great build to me man , altho im not a fan of 50/50 pedals as ur feet don't sint 'in' the pedals more on top of them where the axel runs thru and i find this makes them not so grippy

I've got easton ea70's, they come in about 685mm, light and strong, the industry standard.

Would it really be worth cutting 2.5mm off either end?  Wink Just move your brakes in by 2.5mm each and I'm sure your hands will adjust.

Maybe, just an idea, it was to be able to get it past the body easier. I dunno though may just leave at 685!  Smiley
