You're between a medium and a large, you'll have to go and try to see which feels right.

I was in a similar situation. Between medium and large. For me I ended up with the medium as I ride a lot of singletrack and like the bike to feel nimble, etc. It is a case, as mentioned above, of what you feel right with.

You have fairly long legs so i would say large. Best to try one as stated, but remember you can change the stem length (as I did) to make it a more comfy reach.

I'm 5'11 with 32" inside leg and asked shop for a test bike, they reckoned on a large. It felt ok but a little stretched (did have a longish stem on it though) but standover wasn't great. Rode it for a couple of hours. They then let me try the medium which I just took for a short blast but it felt much better (although this one had a really short stem on it!)just seemed easier to throw about a bit. The only concern I had was the seatpost was at it's max......shop guy said just don't grow anymore!

All in all I loved the bike and could probably go for either size but a medium felt better. don't like the Green 5.5.1 and also not keen on the white 5.5.2 either....looking at the 5.5 UK from Merlin, good price. Anyone know when the Black forked ones are due out ?

I'm 5ft 8 and the medium is spot on for me altho I have fitted a 50mm stem, 710 wide riser bars too to make the whole bike fit my arm length and riding style. The Meta frames are very compact anyway so be careful you don't go too small otherwise you'll be left with a freeride rig that doesnt feel right on an "all day epic ride". Depends on what you plan to do on it I guess.

Ps - if you shop around you can get a 5.UK for approx £1750  Shocked PM me if you want to know more.

I'm 5'11 with 32" inside leg

with the term 'inside leg' do you mean the inseam (the part between the crotch and the ankle) or the part between the crotch and the bottom side of the foot-which means up to the floor?

because if you mean the part up to the floor, then mine is 34 inches (86 cm).

at the site, the size guide has the term max inside leg.do they mean the inseam or the part up to the floor?

i'm 183cm tall and simliar inside leg measurments, my legs are quite long too, and i was happy riding a medium

i was told i was between sizes, but it's personal preference, best to try before you buy... even if it's just sitting on one in a shop
