I am heading over to the 7 stanes  in April for a long weekend + have never been there before .I want to base my riding in the glentress + innerleithen centers . Am looking for  accommodation + wondering if anyone has any tips

I'd recommend the Tweedside Caravan Park. They rent large static caravans with heating telly etc. They also have some rather unusual looking cabins. 10-15  mins ride from Innerleithen trails. You'll need to drive for Glentress though.

thanks for the replies  , at the moment it 2-3 people but that could rise as its early days in organising yet , was looking at this place

If you go to the Cross Keys you will have the benefit of company from the resident ghost. This I am sure will add to your time in Peebles.

caravan parks + camping sites are a no go for us as we will be flying from cork to edinburgh + what with bringing the bikes + gear I think ill leave the camping gear at home . the bike lodge looks good though , any ghosts there ? Huh?
