*** Red Bull Rampage Weather Delay ***

Due to rain and a flash flood warning for Zion National Park and the surrounding areas, the qualifying round for Red Bull Rampage originally scheduled for Saturday, October 4th has been POSTPONED. Weather forecasts call for continued rain throughout the day and potentially into tonight.  As a result, Red Bull Rampage will resume Sunday, October 5th at an earlier scheduled time of 9am (weather dependent).  Formats for qualifying and finals will be determined tomorrow morning in order to adjust for the revised schedule, so cross your fingers for some sunshine.

Please check back tomorrow for further updates. In the meantime, check out our photo galleries to see what's been going down here so far. Thanks.

Due to inclement weather, they’ve had to move the schedule around a little bit.
The Red Bull Rampage Evolution event will now run qualifying on Sunday, October 5th and finals will be held on Monday, October 6th.

schedule as well as continually updated images and video from the event.

Sunday, October 5th
10am - Gates open
10am-12:30pm Practice
1pm* Qualifying (One run format)
* Dependant on course conditions, qualifying can start as late as 4pm

Monday, October 6th
9:30am – 11:30am Athlete practice
11:30am - 12:00pm Break
12:30pm Athlete’s to top of Start
1:00pm - 2:30pm Finals – Run 1
3:30pm - 5:30pm Finals – Run 2

Brandon Semenuk Takes the Win!
Red Bull Rampage: The Evolution is officially wrapped, with 17-year-old Brandon Semenuk earning the title.
Semenuk tore through a high-speed line and dropped some progressive moves to finish on top of the hugely talented Red Bull Rampage roster.

Unfortunately, Dan & Gee Atherton both dropped out of the finals. Dan after hurting his ankles throughout practice and qualifying. Gee after crashing hard on a step down and dislocating his shoulder. That was a real shame as he had carved out a mammoth line that was not only massive but also required some mega precise riding.

Gee Atherton: gets the award for bad luck, 5 minutes before runs were supposed to start the World champ went down on the slowest part of his line. He separated his shoulder. Dan Atherton was already sitting out. So both Athertons did not start in the finals.

Cedric Gracia: Gracia rode like a racer all day. Super smooth and fast at all times. Big x-ups off the drops and no handers over the speed jumps in his line.
