Anyone know where I can get hold of some Commencal bars?

I've currently got the standard ones on my Meta 5 - which are 25" wide - I like the rise of them, the sweep and the red dot logo, but they're just not wide enough for me.

Any recommendations as to another similar bar greatly appreciated - ideally around 27"

I run Easton Monkeylite bars which are 710mm together with a 70mm stem and I find them brilliant.

I updated bars and stem (stock one flexed under my weight) I got a Huzzafelt combo from Merlin....stiff as a stiff thing and (I think) 27"

Don't think Commencal do wider versions of their own bars thou

Chrissybuoy. Try the sunline ones. Or if you ask nicely I think I still have a set of mikes DH pablo esco bars you could try. They have been used by Bubba though.

Cheers Dom.

I've got some Pablos on my PA - so I know they're the right size, but...they're on my PA and they kind of fit. I don't want to touch anything Bubba's had his hands on.

Sunline might be a good shout though - especially as they'll fit my current stem.

I recently upgraded the stock bars on my Supreme DH to a Sunline V1 low rise bar (19mm/710).
It's stiff enough for me and is very light.
I didn't cut the tip of the bars, so it measures a superb 740mm wide instead of the announced 710mm...

GO LOW AND WIDE, MAN, SO U CAN RAIL THOSE CORNERS!!!

I run an Azonic Strip Bar in a 29 inch width and OS 31.8 (white!), and A Deity Components I Beam CNC 6061 Standard Stack Stem (white!).

Works for me  Grin. Despite the price of the bar it's comfy with nice sweep and rise and haven't noticed any flexing.
Could get lighter yes,but not too bothered about weight...although currently hunting for a white carbon bar that I swear I saw in a mag once Wink

Deity dirty thirtys uncut are 296Grams Not to bad for 30" oversized bar. I think FSA gravity come in 800mm if your that way inclined.

If your thinking about wider bars your probably also using a shorter stem so saving a little anyway.
