hi all

After my first post I though I better start a more positive one, for all the shops that have left you feeling good, balance my karma and all that.

I ordered some pads and a full face and things from Stif's site, as my new 5.5 was ride faster, and I'm getting to old for shreaded shins, for my bigger adventures.  The next working day they gave me a call to say they had everything in stock that they would send it out that day and it arrived very fast.  Just that call of a few minutes made me feel that they take the customer service seriously.  I had used them before and thay had put a hand written thank you note with the parcel

If you have had a good or very good experence let us know about it whether site or shops so we can all benifit.

Steve B at Real cycles (some of u guys may have heard of him?? ) he did me a sweet bike and im loving every minute of it,just think every night when i come back from my biking and i have a huge grin on my manky sweaty face,that is all down to steve- ya legend,thanks man,im glad i took your advice a few months back!

Not sure if never having a problem with a shop counts as a good experience but I've been ordering from Chain Reaction since 98 or 99 ( spent thousands over the years, so lots of orders lol) with not a single wrong order/item or problem in all that time,and never had to wait more than 2 days for the gear - more often than not it's next day.

Actually,when I think about the hassles I've had buying other things on the interwebby,yep that is a good experience
