now before you all kill me,i know it aint a biking vid,but it is prob the best vid i've seen of our fair fort billy. Snowboarding is my other love and this is an epic vid!
check it  http://www.viddler.com/explore/LegionPodcasts/videos/8/
For those of you who may be slightly interested, its of the back corries at nevis range, they are epic!! they get great snow but arent widely known about, its fort bills best kept secret (well was, oops, lol)  and they are as good as any alps slopes when the conditions are right (are often closed due to avalanche risk).

oh and this vid was made in only the 2nd week of the season,so the snow wasnt even close to its best conditions. (who says we dont get snow n scotland eh!!)

i'm with you on the snowboarding....check this out at 2 minutes 46 they go to carn mor dearg... which is to the left of nevis rannge  if your looking back down to the gondola, looks amazing bit of a walk to get there but looks worth it... i've been lucky enough to get the first tracks in the back corries,  from the top cornice to the bottom of the chair in knee deep pow they had the chair running and about 20 people tracked that whole area in about 1 hr... wish they built the chair to bring you back to the top of the corries... head for the summit gully next time you go  its even better... when scotland has the snow there are is some amazing back country!!!

your lucky having those hills close by i take it you still get proper winters with alot of snow, here in scotland there getting worse every year, last year was ok but compare it to 10 years ago when you had a guaranteed season from jan to april.
