Hi,

I have decided to buy a 2009 Meta 5.5 but I'm undecided whether to get the 5.5.1 or 5.5.2, is the 5.5.1 worth the extra money? Also I'm 5'11" and was going to get the medium.

Any advice would be appreciated.

my 08 552 fits me and i'm 5'9".

if you got the cash spend it  or be like me and start up-grading parts as soon as you get the bike home!

Buy the best you can afford (you will always wonder what the more expensive bike would feel like otherwise). I went through a stage when i first had my 552 where i thought "I don't need to upgrade this bike, its perfect"......it soon passes (and lets be honest, upgrading kit is one of the best parts of our choosen pastime) . Mine's a large, but I'm 6ft 3" so medium should do the trick

Cheers for the advice, I've decided to go for the 5.5.1, although the colour almost put me off, does anybody really like it?

The green is a very "now" colour. Not bad, Cannondale use a similar green (and Marin I think) so you shouldn't be on your own out there!
