My filming is done now    i broke my left  knee ties realy badly in Wagrain bike park - wet track fall from wall ride  6 weeks resting lucky me

My shuolder is ok but i was hit knee from side realy hard that i cant stand on leg.Doctor pumpt  blod from my knee with 6cm long nidle  and he was not happy when he see blod ( not good signal ) Looks my healing is ok knee is beter day by day in tuesday i have first control  ok go watch live slopestyle contest from Austria on Freecaster

Now i have more info about my bad knee crash - i had 1st one day operation last friday i broke 90 % of  main knee tie  fragment of cartilage , broke inside meniscus ( collateral ligament)  ,scrape outside meniscus  so i almost broke all stuf inside knee  .After six our of operation i start walking  i have now 6 weeks of rehab then on my new bike again can weit .Then i will have 2nd operation on  end of a year reconstruction of main knee tie and 6 month of rehab  so i will be fresh for 09 season

Fcuk, that sounds horrible. I am not going anywhere without knee pads anymore, did you wear any protection? I really wish you fast and painless recovery.

Yes i wear full protection but i hit knee protector from left side .. bed luck for me

New update  they remove stitches from my knee now. I can move my leg harder, try to pedal room bike yesterday 10 min today 15 min a little painful but i feel slowly progres - 3 more weeks then i can take some sport action
