i've got a monster 4 days of riding planned, only 2 on the commy though

glentress tomorrow, guiding a load of guys from work round on an adventure training day
inners saturday afty for the xc route and some downhill fun
and road riding in the lakes at the weekend, going to ride the fred whittin route if that means anything to you

what are you guys up to?

A wee bit trailbuliding down at glentress on sat morn and after that i will no doubt make a trip up to spooky woods on my mini dh.
Sunday.. well as usual,as little as possible,lol

I had planned a trip to South Wales but I had to check my car into the garage... Theres a wood across the field from my house so maybe I should dig out some jumps and knock up a bit of northshore.

Sat morning XC ride on the Supernormal, then doing a blooming half marathon run on Sunday....

I'm injured right now soooo i'm upgrading all my trails from nasty to super nasty!! so I have new stuff to ride on my return

I have 1 month work off (vacations ) in friday go for tree days with my mini in moutains

im off to the famous Gap ride on sat near Talybont in the beacons with the boys from the club. should be awesome if the weather holds out. the descent from the Gap is just incredible. if the weathers a bit shite we'll be off to Sirhowy with its fireroad climbs and tricky forest descents. whatever i'll be smiling. i wonder what will fall off the meta this week

didn't do glentress today, did laggan instead... also, i didn't take the meta, but relied on a hired kona caldera hardtail instead

was fun but wet, first time on a hardtail and flats for ages, top day!
