Just a few I've stuck up so far.
No riding ones as I couldn't be bothered taking the camera with me, so just made use of the mobile when I could be bothered.

First day injury. Using my shoulder as a brake coming down the fireroad was not the best thing to try  Roll Eyes

Mutzig (it's a Morzine thing) (and it helped greatly to numb the pain of the above Grin)

Near Alp D'Heuz at the bottom of the cable car that you take to get upto qualifying

I always thought you were supposed to put armour on to prevent injury Roll Eyes

My wife did a similar thing....thought she didn't need knee pads for a xc ride;   Grin fell off and badly grazed both knees Cry

oh and i'd watch that scar too!! I fell off my bike on a regular road, well was knocked off my my brother of all people. The resulting healing process left me with a scar called a keloid which we call nubbin as its like a third nipple but feels grisly! keep an eye on it mc

Mutzig is great  Grin

Shoulder is healing fine.
Skin's pealing a bit where the worst of the injury was, but the rest is fine, albeit a bit reddish and slightly rough.

Wish I could say the same about where I stuck the pedal in my calf while attempting to ride the snow on Pic Blanc!
