OK its kinda subjective I know but just after some brainstorming ideas really, what people stick on the Ipod for the adrenalin pumping DH runs, and maybe even to pump you up some climbs...

Im not into heavy house n all that but dig pumping soundtracks and stuff like the first section soundtrack to 'the collective' etc

I can't listen to music when i'm out on my bike. I'd rather just have the silence, or chat to someone. But before i go out , its got to be some metal.

Got to be just the sound of my bike, and nature.

Although some music would be good for those rides where I get stupid songs stuck in my mind!

I'm not that bad, but I still have vivid memories of riding all of Glentress red, with the sound of Mika, Fat Girls are beautiful in an endless loop in my head...

now that is brutal,i always make a note of putting a sweet tune like Heavy by collective soul or some Audio slave on the van beat box when i reach the Glentress turn off,so by the time i hit the buzzards nest im proper pumped and ready to go!

yeah, i've been off music while riding for quite some time now, even went a week without listening to music while snowboarding, but listened to it the last time i went out (4,5h trip by myself in perfect conditions and nice and sunny weather - epic!) and for chilling along taking it easy especially the two first tracks of supergrass' album road to rouen are fabolous. By all means, i'm a rocker and electronica person at heart and what i play when i do the occasional dj job, but man, sometimes it's nice to just take it easy too. Too bad my batteries died before the gnarly descent, though to be honest i find it a bit easier to bomb along when i can hear what the bike tries to tell me...  Grin especially as the descent was really really rocky and technical
