just keeping it standard for now, as just getting back into riding after about 6 years off from racing downhill, the only thing that i changed was the handle grips to a pair of intense downhills, will just wait till the oher parts break or I bREAK them hahaha, but did buy a sweet as steve peat troy lee designs dh helmet!! hahaha me and my mate got a great price for the 2 bikes as we ended up walking out of the shop with a troy lee helmet, hand grips, dainese shin/knee pads and a pump each for the rear shock for the same price that the bikes are listed for!!!

what bike you got??? upgrades??

i think the first thing i will do is probably the crank an bottom bracket set up an maybe a higher pair of bars??

Nice one, you'll love it and probably notice a big difference after 6 years off!

I'm on a Supreme DH, custom build from the frame with pretty good spec.

The cranks are a minefield with the Supreme DH and e13 - I've made a few posts so look 'em out before you decide to go swapping anything Wink  Also made a DH bike setup thread which has some good info in there.

It's all about the low front end these days too - long forks push the front high enough.  I've dropped my stem as low as it'll go, it's a Sunline Boxxer stem which is almost negative rise and have flat FLi bars.  Handles like a dream.
