Can some one help me.

I have just bought a supreme DH frame 05 and wondered if it was OK to run a 180mm single crown fork or would it mess with the geometry of the bike.

I believe that the original Supreme DHs were designed around the Manitou Durado's that had 180mm so yeah you should be OK

You also should be able to adjust the head angle so you can set it up to your preference.
